在整个设计中,我们将可持续发展理念贯穿始终,无论是从原材料、结构设计还是后期制作印刷,都极致地考虑了环保。 本包装运用甘蔗渣作为原材料,整体包装100%可安全降解,对环境十分友好。纯天然无污染的包装材料对于产品的质量安全起到更好的保护。 整体盒形通过先进的制作工艺,与传统纸张相比能够更好的承托产品细节,让整体包装效果更加精致。 印刷上使用视高迪数码印后效果处理,细节还原度高,且十分环保。 包装内托可根据不同产品规格进行替换,极大的节约了生产成本。 运用甘蔗渣为原材料,不仅对环境友善且对食品安全更加有保证。甘蔗渣的特性结合先进环保的工艺,能够让包装外部形态有更多的可能性。 对于曾经作为“垃圾”被丢弃的甘蔗渣的再利用,这是可以说是一场包装的革命。通过这样每个环节都根植于环保健康的包装设计制作流程,向消费者普及的是一种未来的食品健康,生态环保的理念。

 

 

In this design, we put the concept of sustainable development throughout. Whether it is from raw materials, structural design or post-production printing, the packaging as a whole takes environmental protection into consideration. This packaging uses bagasse as the raw material, and the overall packaging is 100% fully degradable, which is very environmentally friendly. Pure natural non-polluting packaging materials can better protect the quality and safety of products. Compared with traditional paper, the overall box shape can better support the product details through advanced production technology, making the overall packaging effect more refined. The printing uses Segodi digital post-press effect processing, which has high detail reduction and is very environmentally friendly. The packaging inner support can be replaced according to different product specifications, which greatly saves production costs. The natural and soft natural color of sugarcane can give people a natural and healthy feeling. The advanced production technology makes the corners of the packaging soft and can better enhance the quality of the product in details. Using bagasse as a raw material is not only environmentally friendly, but also more assured of food safety. The characteristics of bagasse combined with advanced environmentally friendly technology can make the external shape of the packaging more possibilities. For the reuse of bagasse that was once discarded as "garbage", this can be said to be a revolution in packaging. Through such a packaging design and production process that is rooted in environmental protection and health in every link, what is popularized to consumers is a future food health, ecological and environmental protection concept.
