Graduated from the School of Fashion and Textiles of Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Wang has long been engaged in the design, research and development of garment ergonomics and functional garment. As the person in charge, he has completed five teaching reform projects, such as "project-based interactive practical teaching". He has undertaken one teaching reform project of the second batch of the Ministry of Education, published 12 teaching and research papers, won the 2020 Textile Light Award of China Textile Industry Federation and the first prize of teaching achievements, the 2014 Excellent First Prize of Teaching Achievement, the Second Prize and Third Prize of Teaching and Education, as well as the Excellent Party Member once. He established the first high-performance sportswear design and research center in domestic universities.
In recent years, he has been responsible for the functional evaluation of Anta adult products, the design and research and development of high-performance professional competition clothing,the research and development of the Chinese delegation's entrance and medal uniform for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games, the design of the torch relay clothing for the 2016 Rio Summer Olympics, the 2014 Nanjing Youth Olympic Games and the "Design and development of dynamic samples of high-performance volleyball uniforms", "Designing clothing for China's most beautiful rural laborers" and other projects, the amount of scientific research to more than 7 million. His participation in the 70th anniversary of the National Day celebration clothing, the centennial celebration of the Party activities clothing and the Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022. He also participated in the design and management of uniform equipment for the 70th anniversary of the National Day, the centennial of the Party and the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics; he published 50 academic papers and achieve 3 patents.
