《智能化消防救援头盔产品设计》(Intelligent Fire Rescue Helmet Product Design)

基于物联网的消防智能头盔产品设计能够改变传统消防头盔呆板,沉重的固有形象。针对万物互联的时代背景,该设计优化了智能救援头盔产品的交互方式,便于使用者快速定位救援人员,协助提升救援成功率。 在产品造型方面,进行新的推演:该设计根据智能消防中的实时语音交互,消防照明,防尘防毒呼吸面罩等功能需求,进行适应性调整再设计,兼顾功能性与设计中美的表达。具体功能如下几点:防毒防尘呼吸面罩及条形散热设计,在安全的同时令头盔内的热量更快地散出。头戴式条形照明灯及全视野护目镜设计,令使用者在复杂环境中视野不受阻碍。头戴式实时语音交互系统,解放双手,为使用者的行为减少阻碍。在头盔后部增设防撞耐磨硅胶条,在兼顾防撞击功能的同时也具有一定的设计感。

 

 

The product design of fire intelligent helmet based on the Internet of Things can change the dull and heavy inherent image of traditional fire helmets. In view of the era of the Internet of Everything, the design optimizes the interaction mode of intelligent rescue helmet products, which is convenient for users to quickly locate rescuers and help improve the success rate of rescue. In terms of product modeling, a new deduction is carried out: the design is adapted to adjust and redesign according to the functional requirements of real-time voice interaction, fire lighting, dust and anti-virus breathing masks in intelligent fire protection, taking into account the expression of functionality and design in China and the United States. The specific functions are as follows: anti-virus and dust-proof breathing mask and strip heat dissipation design, which makes the heat in the helmet dissipate faster while being safe. The head-mounted strip light and full-view goggles are designed to provide unhindered visibility in complex environments. A headset real-time voice interaction system that frees hands and reduces obstruction to the user's behavior. The anti-collision and wear-resistant silicone strip is added to the rear of the helmet, which has a certain sense of design while taking into account the anti-impact function.
