深圳市海外高层次A类人才（孔雀计划A类），福田英才。毕业于Arizona State University，留美工作期间，曾为Dell，LG, Harman集团提供产品设计与产品视觉系统规划。在inDare期间，主导从0-1孵化37个中国本土新消费品牌。其中，usmile、大人糖（逗豆鸟），倍思等分别成为中国第一口腔护理品牌，中国第一女性情趣用品品牌，中国第一3c周边品牌。主创设计多款亿元级销量的创新产品，以及现象级单品。同时主导了Logitech，美的，海尔，vivo，等各领域头部集团&品牌的产品策略与设计。产品设计国际奖项大满贯得主，获得100+ if，红点，IDEA，G-Mark等国内外设计大奖。PAWWE 中国首个以丰容科养理念宠物品牌主理人，2021年11月一经推出，单品双十二品牌销冠，两款产品至今蝉联热销榜单。

Self-Introduction I’ve received Peacock Program for Overseas High-level Talents Introduction（A-level）, Futian Talents, 2020 and 2022 Red Dot Design-best of the best award. I graduated from Arizona State University, United State. While working in the States, I provided product design and product identity system services for Dell, LG, and Harman Group and startups at Fahrenheit Design, Austin. In 2017, I went back to China and joined inDare, which I became the co-founder later. During the time, I Incubated 37 entrepreneurial consumer brands as innovative expert and the design team lead. Among them, Usmile, Darentang, and Baseus have become China's No. 1 oral-care brand, China's No. 1 sex-toys brand, and China's No. 1 3C peripheral brand. Some of the best-selling design (annual volume over 100 million) have become the well-known iconic products among Chinese young people. At the same time, I also provides product strategy and innovative design services for the leading brands in various fields such as Logitech, Midea, Haier, Vivo etc. I recently founded PAWWE，a pet-welfare brand with combining the enrichment idea in design. Once launched in November 2021, the two products have been on the hot-selling list so far. I’ve received 100+ international product design awards, such as if, red dot, IDEA, G-Mark, included 2020 and 2022 Red Dot Design-best of the best award. U-LAB001吉他是为音乐平权而诞生的，我们的设计目的是让更多的成年乐迷不仅仅只能从“听”“唱”的角度去感受音乐，而是能通过这款产品3分钟内能学会演奏一首歌曲，能享受到“玩”音乐的乐趣。 大众对音乐体验需求不断地提高，但乐器的设计在数百年里保持不变。用户无需担心被复杂的乐理知识劝退，无需度过冗长且疼痛的重复练习，无需受限于时间与空间就能多感官地享受音乐的乐趣。 U-Lab率先设计了“彩色和弦指南”，将复杂的和声理论简化为7种颜色。使用者只需要跟随颜色灯光指引，使用m/7键，就可以演奏近30种和弦。借助颈部一侧的光线，这款吉他为使用者提供了实时指法教程。此外，配套的应用程序有大量的乐谱资源和音乐学习教程。U-LAB001让乐器产品不再是一个具有挑战性的对象，而是用户最专业的老师。此外，U-LAB 001吉它拥有吉他、钢琴、框架等演奏模式，让大众也能享受到专业级别的演奏体验。U-LAB001吉他是可折叠的，放在家庭环境中作为桌面音箱日常使用，同时小巧的尺寸也让它更便于携带，让它可以随时随地演奏音乐，没有负担。

U-LAB001 Guitar is designed by a group of guitar lovers with different backgrounds and professions. Our design purpose is to allow more adult music fans to enjoy the fun of playing music and the experience as a real master, without bothering by efforts of learning guitar skills nor complicated music theory nor pain of pressing strings. The taste of music and the need for a better music experience around the public raise continuously, but the musical instruments remain the same as in design over hundreds of years. Two major problems that adult music lovers are facing is understanding music theory and limited time to practice. U-Lab pioneer the design of the “Colored Chord Guide” , which simplified the complex harmony theory into 7 colors. The users only need to follow the color guide and use th m/7 key to play nearly 30kinds of chords. With the assistance of light on the side of the neck, the guitar gives users a real-time fingering tutoral. Other than that, the supporting app has a large number of music score resources and a step-by-step music learning tutorial. U-LAB001 makes musical instrument products no longer a challenging object but also the most professinal teacher for users.In addition, U-LAB 001 Guitar has performace modes such as guitar, piano, and frame, so that the public can also enjoy a professional-level performance experience. U-LAB001 Guitar is foldable, placed in a home environment as a desktop speaker daily, while compact volume also makes it easier to carry, so that playing music can be anytime, anywhere, no burdon.
