The research team "NanshanArtisans" was established in 2013. It is a school-enterprise joint research team with academic research interests as the link. In recent years, based on contemporary life, they have extracted classical cultural symbols such as the Chinese zodiac signs from Chinese tradition, applied modern design language, and collaborated with cultural and creative enterprises with consensus, such as the Forbidden City Palace Culture, to take cultural and creative products as a breakthrough and mass-produce the results of years of exploration, defining the meaning of "new artisan" by action.

在整个设计中,我们将可持续发展理念贯穿始终,无论是从原材料、结构设计还是后期制作印刷,都极致地考虑了环保。 本包装运用甘蔗渣作为原材料,整体包装100%可安全降解,对环境十分友好。纯天然无污染的包装材料对于产品的质量安全起到更好的保护。 整体盒形通过先进的制作工艺,与传统纸张相比能够更好的承托产品细节,让整体包装效果更加精致。 印刷上使用视高迪数码印后效果处理,细节还原度高,且十分环保。 包装内托可根据不同产品规格进行替换,极大的节约了生产成本。 运用甘蔗渣为原材料,不仅对环境友善且对食品安全更加有保证。甘蔗渣的特性结合先进环保的工艺,能够让包装外部形态有更多的可能性。 对于曾经作为“垃圾”被丢弃的甘蔗渣的再利用,这是可以说是一场包装的革命。通过这样每个环节都根植于环保健康的包装设计制作流程,向消费者普及的是一种未来的食品健康,生态环保的理念。
Throughout the design process, we put emphasis on the concept of sustainable development, no matter in raw materials, structural design or post-production printing. The packaging is made of bagasse, which is 100% fully degradable and very environmentally friendly and can better protect the quality and safety of products. Compared with traditional paper, the overall box shape and advanced-produced packaging can better protect the product details, making the packaging more exquisite. The printing uses Scodix digital post-press effect processing, which helps preserve as many as details and also is very environmentally friendly. The inner support can be replaced according to different product specifications, which greatly saves production costs. The natural and soft color of bagasse gives people a natural and healthy feeling. The advanced production technology makes the corners of the packaging soft and can better enhance the quality of the product in detail. Using bagasse as a raw material not only is environmentally friendly, but also better guarantees food safety. The characteristics of bagasse combined with advanced environmentally friendly technology ensure the external shape of the packaging of more possibilities. The reuse of bagasse that was once discarded as "garbage" can be described to be a revolution in packaging. Through such a packaging design and production process that pays high attention to environmental protection and health, we are popularizing to consumers food security of the future and ecological and environmental protection ideas.
