Lin Liang, born in Jiangxi Province, is working at Shenzhen. Founding Partner, vice manager and creative director of Shenzhen 3LBrand Design & Consulting and Sandu Environmental Signage (SES). Member of Society for Experiential Graphic Design (SEGD). Leading creator of The 16th Asian Games Core Graphic. Engaged in the field of creative design and management for 15 years. Involved in multiple areas of creative design including architecture, landscape, space, decorative，product, graphic, and way-finding & signage.
Lin Liang's work were awarded multiple international design awards including TOKYO TDC, IF Design Award, Red Dot Design Award, Golden Pin Design Award, GDC Design Award, and the National Exhibition of Fine Arts.

The innovative coinage takes innovating traditional culture as the core idea, evolving the form of ancient words into the innovative font in the future, and exploring the possibility and futurity of font design. According to the legend, the twenty-eight words in Cang Jie Script were written by Cang Jie, which are the most ancient words existing up to now. In a re-cut edition, Cang Jie Script was interpreted as “戊(the fifth) 巳(the sixth) 甲(the first) 乙(the second), 居(location) 首 (head) 共(general) 友(friend), 所(place) 止(end) 列(line) 世(world), 式(pattern) 气(air) 光(light) 名(name), 左(left) 互(mutual) 爻(trigram) 家(family), 受(receive) 赤(red) 水(river) 尊(respect), 戈(dagger-axe) 茅(ramie) 斧(axe) 芾 (exuberant)”.

Cang Jie created the most original Chinese characters through observing the astronomical phenomena above as well as the trace of birds, beasts, insects and fish below. The originality, for the purpose of respecting Chinese culture and the sage who created characters, uses the current writing to present the implication and form of coinage and to express the respect to the ancient coinage as well as the consideration on the future development of characters.
