Everyone can save and be saved successfully. In most parts of the world, the number of rescuers drowned is increasing, especially non-professionals in the rescue process. If the rescuers are at risk, those to be rescued have very few chances to survive. In response to this problem, we designed this public rescue equipment.

It is placed on the shore serving as a fence. In case of sudden drowning events, professional and non-professional rescuers can guarantee their own safety while conducting the rescue more effectively and safely. In order to achieve this goal, we fully considered various possibilities, and ultimately designed it as a fence and life-saving pile on the shore. In areas of high risks, such piles can be placed with a certain distance in between.

When someone drowns, a non-professional rescuer can quickly break the glass on the top, hold the handle, and pull out the rescue device. If the victim is very close to the shore, the rescuer can quickly press the inflating button to turn the life-saving device into a long, round inflatable bar with non-slip handles on both ends and in the middle. The rescuer can hold one of the ends when giving the round bar to the victim, who only needs to catch the bar. Compared with a life buoy, the bar goes in a more accurate direction.
